I recently came up with my own recipe for a very healthy smoothie, you can change out fruits for others, it's fun and healthy!
Orange Mango Smoothie
1 orange
1 mango
Several strawberries
1 banana
Protein powder of your choice
Small amount of vanilla almond milk
Small amount of ice
Place in the blender and blend until smooth....Pour into glass, add a straw and enjoy!
