Busy schedule, no time to do anything? Think Again!

Believe it or not, I actually work full time, take care of all of the duties and errands at the house, and manage to workout at least 4 to 5 days per week.  I have lost 50 lbs in the last 4 years.  You wonder, how does she do it?

I get up early, between 7 and 8am, and start my day.  I go to the gym for about an hour, then when I come home, instead of just sitting on the couch, I make myself work.  I find things in the house that need cleaned especially the bathrooms and kitchen.  I start one room at a time so that I finish one project before starting another.  I usually pick one to two rooms per day that I want to clean so that it only takes about an hour.  Then, I still have time to get ready for work.    In between cleaning and working out, I manage to get online and look for coupons and sales.  I have really learned how to save some serious money with couponing.  I will post more about that later.  Hope you all have a very productive day!
